    SMB plan can be exclusively purchased via Certified ERPNext Partners.

    SMB plan ensures that you get priority support for critical issues that might block your day-to-day ERP operations.

    ERPNext is Free and Open Source ("free" as in "free-speech"), but the services around ERPNext need engineers to support you. You pay for the expertise of these engineers.

    SMB plan ensures timely fixes for critical bugs in ERPNext. The Enterprise plan includes bug fix support as well as premium services like personalised onboarding, functional support, priority support, etc.

    We don't charge per user for SMB plan. However, the scope of queries is limited to bugs only.

    An SMB customer can generally be defined as a prospect with about 30 users or a revenue of around USD 1 Million/₹10 Crores. If any potential customer has revenues or users higher than this, they should ideally be offered Frappe Enterprise plans.
